Nonetheless, there is no perfect time it all depends on the time that works best for you.

Just like different times of the day work for different people, there is also no common of fixed schedule. You can take the CBD oil on daily basis to maintain a certain level or as it is recommended to treat chronic conditions. Like with many other chemicals, your body will get used to oil and the receptors will get super-active. You will have to use the CBD oil frequently to get the same effect as in the initial stages of use.

The period the CBD oil circulates in your body depends on the amount taken and body fats. When these two factors are accounted for, the period ranges from 3 days to one week. Nonetheless, it is important not to frequently take the CBD oil to a point where you exceed 300 mg per day. This periphery is set for people suffering from chronic and painful conditions.

Initially, people used to take up to 1500 mg of CBD oil per day! Studies showed excessive usage of CBD interfered with other medications and damaged the liver. If you are under medication, discuss with your doctor before using the CBD oil.
