I like Gizeh and Mascotte the most, but they are not widely available in Thailand at the moment. It's European quality and they have a magnetic lid which protects your papers from getting damaged when you carry them in your pocket.
[unknown] From what I've heard, Mascotte seems to be launching in Thailand and has sales representatives visiting dispensaries. So hopefully you'll find more of them soon.
